• spending as much time as possible with my wife and three children
• dwell magazine, moleskine notebooks & npr
• reading mystery novels
• chocolate & peanut butter
• weather that requires a sweater or heavy coat
• exercising: circuit workouts
• drinking too much coffee with friends
• watching people grow, heal and change

things i find below average:
• flavored coffee
• debating religion or politics
• books that take at least 25-30 pages to pique my interest (actually
anything that takes over 5 pages is a drag)
• 60-70 degree weather in November
• friends and family moving away
• closed mindedness
• watching people refuse to engage with their lives
